PART-TIME EMPLOYED

Are you experienced in office administration, and have a keen eye for detail? Are you a whizz on the computer? Have you worked within travel industry but now looking to work from home and have some time back for yourself?

Awarded UK & Ireland Travel Agent of the Year at The Travel Industry Awards by TTG Media 2023, we’re looking for a Concierge Assistant to join our expanding team on a part-time basis.

This fantastic role is perfect for someone looking to work from home and have the flexibility to manage their own time.

You’ll be a dynamic individual who is self-motivated and driven to perform at their very best, ensuring a real WOW experience for all who come into contact with you. You’ll have the ability to clearly demonstrate: your strong computer skills; how you’ve effectively used a CRM system; and your ability to proof-read documentation to ensure complete accuracy.

Experience working within the travel industry is advantageous, but not essential.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing and administering bookings on our Travel App platform; Building itineraries, checking & uploading documentation, handling amendments and schedule changes, and ensuring accuracy at all times.

  • Ensuring app-related tasks in the CRM system are up-to-date at all times.

  • Assisting the Concierge Manager with the day-to-day post-booking operations of the business.

  • Supporting in pre-departure administrative tasks during peak travel periods.

  • Effectively performing administrative duties and follow processes accurately.

  • Willingness to participate and deliver training appropriate to own development.


YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent at detail, including spelling & numeracy etc, ensuring accuracy of data on the systems.

  • Effective time management and organisational skills.

  • Very proficient in using IT systems and CRM software.

  • Ability to be successful in an agile environment, to be flexible in style and approach; to pivot easily when required.

  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude with a commitment to contribute to the growth of the business.

  • A genuine interest in travel


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role.

  • Working with a variety of IT systems and CRM softwares.

  • Proof-reading and analysing documents for accuracy.

  • Previous experience working within the travel industry is advantageous but not essential.


MORE INFORMATION

  • Salary = £12.80 per hour

  • 15 hours per week / 3 hours per day (Monday to Friday) + opportunity for overtime subject to business needs.

  • 28 days annual leave, including 8 bank holidays.

  • This is an employed & salaried home-based role with the expectation you will attend occasional meetings in the Midlands area.
