Ben won the biggest agent award of the night at the ‘Oscars of travel’, presented by the wonderful Davina McCall at Magazine London.

Judges said: “From a very strong shortlist, Ben's consistently outstanding customer service, his strategic approach to expanding his product knowledge, and his incredible sales growth - with relatively little experience - made him the worthy winner of this most prestigious title. With the foundations now in place to scale up, there will be no stopping this ambitious and innovative travel professional.”

HOME-BASED TRAVEL AGENT OF THE YEAR

THE TRAVEL INDUSTRY AWARDS 2023

Ben also won the top award within the Home-Based Travel Agents category, again presented by the wonderful Davina McCall at Magazine London.

Judges said: “This relative newcomer to selling travel was reaping the rewards of his laser-focus on customer service, which has seen him create a loyalty club and devise two separate brands to better segment customers...and also driven word-of-mouth referrals that have seen business grow by a third year on year.”

In May 2023, Audley Travel announced the qualifiers for its inaugural The A-list scheme for high-performing travel agencies, featuring OUT of this WORLD Travel.

Greg Thurston, Trade Sales Manager, said: "Our relationships with travel agents keep getting stronger and stronger. We are delighted to be able to recognise the incredible companies and individuals that have really engaged with the ‘Audley Way’."
