You’ll thrive on the satisfaction of perfectly matching a dream holiday to the person you’re dealing with and work closely with the team to ensure it is delivered exactly as expected. Not forgetting a true and real passion for travel; You might well be known as the ‘go-to’ travel guru within your circle of connections, and are always looking to the next new destination or bucket-list experience. HOW DOES IT WORK
You can launch your very own travel business with OUT of this WORLD and join our close-knit community of like-minded travel entrepreneurs.
With the support, tools and guidance to build your own business with the full backing and credibility of our travel brand, you’ll enjoy the luxury of being your own boss whilst having a friendly team around you to champion you every step of the way.
As a travel business owner with us, you would be responsible for:
Promoting your business through social media, events, word-of-mouth and other marketing activities. We’ll provide marketing assets to assist you with this.
Designing and selling holidays to your clients, working with our wide range of tour operator partners.
Working in partnership with our Concierge Team to look after your clients in the lead-up to their adventure, and whilst they are travelling.
You will receive commission for every booking you make, paid to you the month after your clients travel; in addition to opportunities to earn rewards and incentives from our trade partners, including shopping vouchers & cash cards to free hotel stays, FAM Trips & more.

Yet we also enjoy the accessibility and protections of sitting within the Hays Travel Independence Group and Not Just Travel consortiums, offering ATOL-protected and ABTA-bonded holidays to our clients.
Our key difference is that we provide all the benefits of our in-house Concierge Service to our travel business owners… for FREE! Our team will take care of a significant proportion of any pre-travel arrangements, so you can focus on getting more bookings and managing relationships with your clients.
This is backed-up by our Travel App with its many awesome features, for the smoothest customer experience.
WHAT WILL YOU GET WITH US?
WELCOME STARTER PACK
When you first begin your journey with us, we want to ensure you are well-equipped. We’ll therefore arrange a professional photo-shoot to provide you with great photos, supply you with business cards, set up your unique email address and provide you with any relevant marketing literature.
COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING
Attend our consortium induction training programme remotely, along with tailored training sessions with our founder Ben Casey. You will learn how to: use our systems; build a holiday quote & work with tour operators; find new customers; our policies & procedures; and more.
BESPOKE LAUNCH PROGRAMME
We’ll work with you to devise the most effective launch campaign for your travel business, including providing assistance in setting up your social media profiles and providing guidance on how best to spread the word to your existing network of contacts for a strong start.
BUSINESS MENTORING
Benefit from regular mentoring with our founder Ben Casey; both one-to-one business development sessions and team-wide learning where sharing best practice is encouraged. You’ll be safe in the knowledge that there is always someone to there to assist and guide you every step of the way.
MARKETING SUPPORT
You’ll have access to our media bank of social media assets and marketing campaign literature, along with key recommendations on how to utilise each marketing medium to best effect. We’ll also send regular promotional emails to your database on your behalf, and assist you in producing any bespoke marketing collateral needed.
FREE CONCIERGE & APP
One of the biggest benefits of having your own travel business under our brand is that you’ll receive our full concierge service for your clients completely FREE. This will save you a significant amount of time as our team will take care of the pre-departure management, with the added bonus of our Travel App. Find out more here.
UP TO 70% COMMISSION
You can earn up to 70% of the commission on any holidays you book for your clients. This will be on a sliding scale, so the more you book, the higher the commission. Your commission will be paid to you the month after your client travels via monthly bank transfer.
REWARDS & INCENTIVES
Alongside earning commission on your bookings, you’ll also be able to take advantage of other rewards given by tour operators and suppliers. This can include cash rewards, shopping vouchers, free hotel stays, discounted travel, and so much more. These are just some of the amazing perks of working within the travel industry!
ACCESS TO TOUR OPERATORS
You will have direct VIP access to hundreds of tour operators and suppliers, from well-known names like Kuoni, Jet2, Tui, Disney and Emirates, to many more trade-only partners. You’ll build strong relationships with key partners to support the growth of your travel business. We also arrange learning opportunities for our team.
TEAM TRIPS & GATHERINGS
With several team get-togethers in the UK each year, it’s a great time for training & development opportunities, and to enjoy the social side of being a close-knit team. We also aim to host an exclusive team trip abroad each year; the most recent being a trip to Dubai in Nov 2025. Charges apply to attend trips abroad.
FAM TRIP OPPORTUNITIES
You will be eligible to earn or win a place on a FAM Trip with our tour operator partners and suppliers. This can often be as a result of bookings you make or a draw you’re entered in to. Team members have already been lucky enough to go to Dominican Republic, Saint Lucia, Dubai, The Maldives, Mexico, Mauritius & more.
ATTEND TRADE EVENTS
There are a full calendar of exclusive travel trade events & cruise ship visits happening across the UK throughout the year. They offer a great opportunity to both learn about hotels, destinations and new travel products, as well as to forge new relationships with our preferred travel partners and suppliers.
