ABOUT SARAH

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO BEN CASEY

I’ve pleased to have spent most of my career in the travel industry, previously working as a TUI Store Manager and with the Malmaison & Hotel du Vin Group in the UK.

I’ve had the privilege of being part of OUT of this WORLD since its early days, taking on a variety of roles along the way. Much of my time has been spent behind the scenes as part of the Concierge Team, working closely with Karen Davies.

Today I support our founder, Ben Casey, as his Personal Assistant. From time to time, Ben’s clients may hear from me as we work together to ensure they continue to receive the highest level of service.

WHY I LOVE DOING WHAT I DO
I love what I do because it combines helping others and service; two things I’m passionate about.

I like supporting a team that creates experiences for people to see new places and cultures. Every day is different, and I get to coordinate schedules, help support with the finer details, and solve problems that contribute to making our clients travel plans run smoothly.

It’s rewarding to know that my work contributes to creating memorable experiences for clients.

WHY OUR CUSTOMERS CHOOSE US
I believe it is because we take the time to truly understand their needs and preferences. Our attention to detail, expert knowledge, and genuine passion for travel mean clients can relax knowing every part of their trip has been thoughtfully planned.

They value the personal touch, reliability, and support we provide from the first enquiry to their return home.
